I'm not sure bud.
I see these advertised by some sellers as legal in all 50 states, but your local folding and fixed blade laws are a different story altogether.

I even checked the Cal law about those blades and it's unclear enough to me not to even take the chance. they do that crap on purpose in my opinion.
