Actually , sellers can not state "no refunds for any reason" . If a winner request a refund Listia will determine whether or not a refund is warranted .

Should only be refund if there is a misrepresentation of some sort with a listing. If person listing is correctly posting pictures and listing items included and adding bonus items for GIN, it is not their fault if bidders fail to comprehend. It would be unfair to the person listing to lose credits because someone chose to bid and is unhappy with it because they did not correctly read description then wants a refund. Just my two cents worth. Everything is clearly stated if you just READ people. It amazes me the lack of reading comprehension with adults.

I have listed many auctions on here, so, I feel i can easily say that you have done an excellent job on your listing!!
Every item in the auction is stated, you are stating clearly what you win w/o the GIN and what you do win with the GIN.

What more can anyone say? I do us the term in my disclaimer 'No refunds if I have made no mistakes and Listia agrees'.

That way I stay out of hot water..LOL

I am sorry you feel that way it is your decision not to bid but I will hide comments later once the person I have answered has read them (I give a couple hrs or more) then I hide them due to the fact when someone makes another comment I am not getting confused and Replying to the wrong person (I have done that before so this time I am helping with my confusion) hope that helped you understand why...

It would SUIT ANYONE BIDDERS AND SELLERS to RE~read the rules. In some cases EVEN sellers forget stuff. I'll not CLAIM to know EVERYTHING...JUST IN MY OWN HOUSE!!!!! This is an excellent site with good and bad folks. sellers don't mind answering questions they just get tired of the not thought out ones..Do I pay for this after I win? Why didn't I win...ETC....

Most people will not refund credits unless there is a mistake, damage or delivery problem. You will see many reputable sellers state "no buyers remorse" or "bid, win ,keep" so NEVER feel you have to give a refund because someone changed their mind or decided they didn't like something.once they got it. That's why there is a comment section so people can ask questions or request additional pics. They can re-list items like everyone else if they don't want it. Winner will be very happy I'm sure :)

It means Get It Now... when you do a GIN you have instantly bought the items and no longer are in a bidding war with other members of Listia trying to win the items... Like say you see a 1850 coin that you want and 20 people have already bid and you don't want to take the chance you will be overbid you do the GIN and it becomes yours (well the seller still has to send it but no1 else can try to win it) I hope this helped... when I was new I had no idea what a GIN was either so dont feel bad

If you don't use the GIN you get everything in the list if the GIN is used you get the Webcam, the four bubble mailers, and the two stamps and everything else that is part of this listing but if you dont use the gin you get EVERYTHING and yes I mean EVERYTHING on that list above... hope this helps clear everything up

They get everything else... If you dont use the GIN you dont get the Stamps and the four Bubble Mailers but everything else is up for grabs... but I am hoping people will use the GIN but I cant force anyone

I forgot to add one picture if GIN is used you get 2 Stamps and 2 BRAND NEW (still in the packaging 6" x 9" Bubble Mailers) and 2 more 6" x 9" bubble mailers that havent been used but arent in the plastic wrap anymore... I will have to take the pictures and upload them
