These are made VERY WELL def the best built headphones by beats by far. These are almost all metal and when you pick these up you will see they are solid and I own studio wireless and tour 2.0 buds as well as bose qc25's and other cans too so I know my cans

These are technically over ear headphones but the cups are big and round so they will be over ear for most but if you got big ears the might barely fit over your ears completely. And also when you have these on they are heavier then cheap headphones cuz of build, so you will know you have them on.

Just another question, I'm not that familiar with the Beats line other than knowing they are pretty expensive and good sound. When you say this are 100% real, how do you tell from fakes and real ones?? thank you again, just trying to educate myself.

yes these are 100% guaranteed authentic , if they are real they have a serial number on inside headband near hinge and if you go to beatsbydre.com you can register them and if real they will register to you, I had these in my name and unregistered them from my email and name so that winner can. I will even email the winner the number before I send them just when it asks where you bought them say best buy, walmart, amazon ...etc.and they will come up as valid and be in winners name .
