they are approx 11 inches in length. They fit right up on the tight for little ones and as they grow they fit further down on the legs. You could even wear them as knee highs on an older child

Unfortunately no... I live in Canada so it would cost me $5.85 to ship to the us. A lot of money to basically give away a two pairs...... It only costs me a dollar something to ship in Canada.
