It looks a bit bigger than a normal lighter, but resembles others similar in size, such as brands like Djeep or Calico. But nobody will think twice once they see you light your smoke with it! Now...
Unfortunately, this is a disposable lighter, not built to be refillable. And for the record, to tell you the truth...
Because of how it's built (with the stash compartment), the reservoir filled with butane fluid is pretty small and the gas doesn't even last all that long :-( Buuut, if you think about it... People are more inclined to steal a lighter that's working, RIGHT?! ...even if it's an unintentional or accidental theft. As soon as the lighter is out of fluid, someone might come along, see it sitting on a table and try using it. Then, realizing that it's dead, they will most likely toss it back on the table. Thus, keeping whatever you have stashed inside that much safer (in theory) from being stolen! 8-) So personally, the sooner it runs out of fluid, the better it is to stash stuff in. Just a thought.
