Is this true to size or does it run smaller? I keep getting larges that fit my 8 year old. It's actually quite depressing especially when they're supposedly not juniors sized. Gives a girl a complex about herself. Lol!

I would say that it's pretty to size, it fits me and my body is definately not shaped like an 8 year old haha! I do feel that the bottom is a little tighter than usual but that may just be cause I've put on some weight.

I have never won that brand so I wish I could be more of a help! I would agree that Hollister sizes are ridiculous and that it jist depends on the item. I've had to buy XL tops there and they were still a little tight for someone who wears a M/L. I was surprised when I bought this one that I didn't need the next size.

So you normally wear a medium/large and this is a large. If that's the case it definitely won't fit me in more to the large/ex-large size
