This is a brand new HGE 18kt white gold (Heavy gold electroplate, the heaviest plating available) ring with man made blue star sapphire. Nice that it is made of the thickest electroplate which will cause it to last a long time. Also it is 18kt which is used so that is another bonus. It certainly is a real eye popper. It contains 5 cz's which sparkle but since the whole ring is very sparkly it is hard to tell just where they are unless you really look at it.The reason being that the way the metal is cut causes it to be very sparkly. Man made blue star sapphire adorns the center of the ring. The star is distinct with 6 points. Size: 5 3/4....I wear a size 6 and it fits fine. A bit tighter fit is good on this ring as it will enable the top to stay in place.
