Your right, HOWEVER, Im just trying to avoid any issues as I had recently trying to get my own credits back and was unable to due to the auction stating that they wouldnt refund any credits. If my item is exactly as described, delivered as promised and represented properly as they are then there are no worries....if u are not agreeing with that then plz accept my apology but thats my opinion.....thx.

unlocked means you can use with either tmobile or att...doesnt have to stick with the service that came with phone. unlocked the network so its your choice....
