This train set includes 124 pieces. It is missing the accessories such as plastic trees, people, and vehicles which you can see in the picture of the instruction manual, as I threw away all "small" pieces from toy sets in my recent home. The track itself is complete with train depot, train houses, a giant red bridge, hills, a mountain overpass, and school house. This set is fast and zippy and kids as well as parents love it. I am including 8 motorized trains otherwise sold separately, 8 cargo cars. Included are trains, Thomas, Molly, Donald, Skarloey, Dodge, Freddie, Diesel10, and Spencer. As well as the cargo cars.
