I can understand why haven't gone internet yet. lol I will definitely watch for your other auctions. The white chocolate brownie sounds wonderful. That would be great if you were able to do the witches brew tarts as long as it isn't too much trouble. Thanks!

I put mine in an 8oz jelly jar and they burn evenly & completely down. I have burned this size and larger by themselves and as they burn and the sides get soft I fold them in towards the middle and they burn evenly. I let them burn down until there's about a half inch of candle left, I remove the wick tab & wick and throw the left over in a tart burner and enjoy the rest that way. Hope that helps answer your question and good luck if your bidding :)

I've heard about grubby candles but I haven't tried them yet. It looks interesting.

It sure smells good. I just can't burn it cause the hubby is sensitive to cinnamon smells...lol..I've burnt an oatmeal raisin one and it was AMAZING!!!! Good luck if you're bidding!

I was wondering if it actually smells while you're burning. it. I don't know why but most of the time when I burn candles I can't smell the scent until I've blown it out.lol That's why I started using a tart burner.

The oatmeal raisin one smelled really good when it burned. I have since looked for that scent but haven't been able to find it in surrounding stores. I bought a butter rum and hot buttered popcorn one too but havent burnt them yet. I can smell them when I walk past them though..lol. I know what you mean by not smelling candles when they burn though. Years ago I started making candles and tarts for the store I have and after many trials & errors, mastered a candle & tart that blows the ones on the market off the map. Mine are beyond amazing. Still, I have an obsession with candles and I guess I test the market by buying others to see if they can even come close to the quality of my own. I have found a few good 2nd's but I honestly have to say, they all don't compare..lol..I know I'm bias but it is the truth. I auction some off on Listia from time to time. You might want to check them out someday on one of my auctions. You wouldn't be disappointed in my "tarts or candles" and I would hope you wouldn't be disappointed in the grubby. I will say mine are stronger but the grubbies look nice and they smell nice too. Thanks & good luck if you're bidding!!

I would love to try some of your tarts. I will watch out for future auctions. Is the store you have an online store? I normally use the Yankee candle tarts but if yours are better than that I would be interested in trying some. I love the food scents. I don't care too much for the flowering ones but the fresh cut grass one is nice. It always seems like every time I have a favorite scent it gets discontinued. The chocolate chip cookie tart from Yankee Candle was my favorite for a long time until it was discontinued. The same thing with the Witches Brew but I heard they might have brought that one back but I'm not sure.

No, I haven't gone "internet" yet...the shop stays pretty busy with the outside shows, etc. and don't think I could handle a web sale base by myself. I have 2 part-time girls but other then that, it's just me. Please do keep an eye on the auctions. I usually try and post my tarts or candles at least once a week. I have a white chocolate brownie scent that i think you would just love!!! I can look for witches brew candle oil & see if I can get some of those made up for ya :)
