Vintage Official Pokemon Gengar figure. This is an approximately 3 inch figure on a base.

Originally his eyes would light up bright red when you press the switch on his back, but he isn't lighting up brightly anymore. It still lights up, but it is a dim red.

He wants you to choose him.

Unfortunately, no. There is no opening to get inside to replace the battery.
