Thank you for your speedy reply. I really do love this ring. Pink is my favorite color since I'm a Breast Cancer survivor I have come to hate then love the color. (Hated in the beginning only because I was angry at God, life, Cancer for catching so many in my family. ) Now I collect most all unique, beautiful, and creative pink ribbon things.

The good news is my father in law (after almost a year) found someone in his support group fell in love again and re married her.
He went from "I dad how are you doing " his answer "I'm still here" to me seeing a smile on his face and so his "I'm still here" to "I'm doing great how are you guys". Now he is doing things he never did before and is completely happy and in love.
Now they send us pics of them (usually during sunset some where) and they are gazing into each other's eyes and look positively in love
Sorry I can babble on and on trying to get everything I want to say in all at once.

That is good news. :) It's hard to rid oneself of depression and it just hurts the body. I'm glad he's healing and happy. And do not worry about "babbling" we're a community here and I'll never stop a person from sharing happiness with the rest of us. =)

It also takes a strong family. My mother in law had lung cancer and beat it but it traveled up her spine to her brain. She went thru many operations to remove it but they never could get it all. In the end she decided to not have anymore surgeries feeling one time the would "scoop" out too much and she would become a vegetable and not have that time to enjoy the time she had left to "complete her bucket list" and do things 1 last time with us and the rest of the family. She passed almost a month after her last surgery.

I am so very sorry for your loss. When you get to that point you're pretty much just left with your decisions and I'm glad she was able to spend time with you all with her own choices. Had to be a big decision for her.

You're very welcome. My brother had a brain tumor and just having a loved one go through that takes a lot of of you. I can only imagine being the one who has to go through it all. Takes a very strong individual. :)
