I wore this back in the early 80's. I was one of my favorite pieces of jewelry. It's made by the Premier Jewelry Company and has a classic look with a beautiful 3/8 inch marquis CZ set in prongs at the apex. The gold plated chain is textured and moves smoothly to fit perfectly to your neck. It's approximately 17 3/4 inches long.

This piece is in good condition with very little wear. The only thing I see is the clasp has faded a bit. Other than that it's a very nice necklace.
