Pretty shade of shinny blue. It is about 18" wide. One side of it has been hemmed.(not by me).
This listing is for 4 Yards. If GIN is used you get 10 Yards total.

It is wrinkled, it is plain, the only stitching is were it has been hemmed on one edge.
