The listing, 4 yds or 10yrds with GIN, of shinny blue fabric #2 has ended.

Pretty shade of shinny blue. It is about 18" wide. One side of it has been hemmed.(not by me).
This listing is for 4 Yards. If GIN is used you get 10 Yards total.
I do have another listing of this same fabric.

What kind of fabric is it?

I'm thinking it's a cotton blend. I'm not really sure. It has a shine/sheen to it but not silky. I didn't buy it. I acquired it at a flea market in with some other fabric. sorry I couldn't help more.
