You are bidding on a NEW Slic Brand stash security cigarette lighter, BLUE color (see my other listings for other available colors). This is a functioning cigarette lighter that has an easily removable bottom, revealing an area inside where various small items can be stashed! For example...
-Cash or small keys (sure)
-Medicine (okay, maybe)
-Vitamins (Pssh, yeah right) and...
...well, you get the idea.
It looks a bit bigger than a normal lighter, but resembles others similar in size, such as brands like Djeep or Calico. But nobody will think twice once they see you light your smoke with it! Now...
Unfortunately, this is a disposable lighter, not built to be refillable. And for the record, to tell you the truth...
Because of how it's built (with the stash compartment), the reservoir filled with butane fluid is pretty small and the gas doesn't even last all that long :-( Buuut, if you think about it... People are more inclined to steal a lighter that's working, RIGHT?! ...even if it's an unintentional or accidental theft. As soon as the lighter is out of fluid, someone might come along, see it sitting on a table and try using it. Then, realizing that it's dead, they will most likely toss it back on the table. Thus, keeping whatever you have stashed inside that much safer (in theory) from being stolen! 8-) So personally, the sooner it runs out of fluid, the better it is to stash stuff in. Just a thought. Anywho...
The lighter function is guaranteed not D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) but otherwise is being Listia-ed "as-is". In other words, I guarantee It'll work when you receive it, but I have described it to the best of my abilities & the pictures are of the actual item you are bidding on, so... Possibly... though, I would have to charge a bit more than 100 credits on top of the winning bid amount to cover the difference in shipping cost to your location. The calculated amount on the USPS website to send one of these lighters to Lithuania from the US, comes to a little over three times the amount that it costs me to send one to someone within the US. In my opinion, I feel that the average credits to US Dollar exchange rate on Listia is loosely (more or less) 1000 credits = $1.00. So to cover the difference in price for me to send one of these to you, I'd have to charge around an extra 4500 credits to make it worth it for me to spend the extra amount to send it out of the country. So it's up to you, if you think it sounds worth the extra credits, I'd be happy to ship it the extra distance. Feel free to bid, and we can always negotiate the amount of extra credits at the end of the auction, based on the final winning bid amount. Thanks for asking! Hope that answers your question. {8-D>

What do u mean lower U.S. states? I'm pretty sure if you say free ship to US, then u need to ship to any US state free.

What I meant by "Lower States" is the 48 Contiguous States that make up the majority of the US and it's because it is more expensive to ship things to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Territories that are considered part of the United States. Here's a better definition from Wikipedia...
The contiguous United States is the 48 adjoining U.S. states plus Washington, D.C. (federal district) on the continent of North America that are south of Canada and north of Mexico.The term excludes the noncontiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands. ... The term "Lower States" or "Lower 48" may or may not include the District of Columbia, which is not part of any of the 48 states. However, common usage is that it does include D.C. and simply means the contiguous U.S. as a region, since there is no typical need to politically separate D.C. from the region in everyday speech.
