Description

The listing, 16 ounces - 1440 yards of Natural Color, Natural Cotton Cord has ended.

This is a FULL spool [1,440 yards] of natural cotton cord. It's a heavy, sturdy: use for just about any sort of craft work, quilting, art application, macrame, beading [great for stringing small holed beads], mobiles, scrap booking, gardening, etc.

Actual Weight of spool & cord is 1.2 pounds.

I cannot make this a free shipping auction. Shipping cost will be calculated as exact cost from my zip code to yours, based upon the exact weight and/or size [which is 16 ounces plus lightweight packaging].

Have a great week!

This amount of cord retails for quite a bit plus don't forget shipping. This is 4,320 feet of cord. Worth the shipping cost!

TY for your comment!
It's true, this is a LOT of cord for the shipping cost! I doubt that you could even purchase it for that today!

I'll call the post office tomorrow to ask. Generally, shipping by the exact weight used to be less money however, I don't know about now.... the actual weight is 18 ounces then, packaging could be up to 2-7 ounces [I'd opt to wrap it in simple wrapping non-see through plastic 'mailing bag' to keep weight down. I imagine that the most it could run to mail would be $4.75 [which is the flat rate pricing].

if you post your zip code we could figure out how much it would cost.. i used a random Florida zip code to Calif. & i believe shipping will probably run about $8.67 for parcel post that would be the cheapest way... anything over 13oz. falls into a different catagory it's no longer 1st. class it has to be mailed parcel or priority, priority would run about $10.20. ?? would you still be willing to pay for 1/2 of shipping. You can calculate postage by going to usps,

IF shipping should run as much as $4.75, I could split the cost of shipping, I suppose - - that way, neither one [winner or myself] would have to pay all of it!
