Signed in person by Michael Finley, Devin Harris, and one other guy that I really can't remember, I think it's Kirk Penney but not 100% on it. Signed on a Wisconsin Badgers Basketball Jersey which is where all 3 played at. Signed on the front to show the team name. Great collector piece for Maverick fans since Harris and Finley played for them. The number 5 was not worn by any but their numbers were added to their signature when they signed. All signed in red sharpie and no it's not COA'd, not one of my favorite pieces so didn't spend the money to do it.
For those who haven't purchased from me in the past, I was able to obtain many autographed items, cards, magazines, shoes, and other items during the multiple years I worked in the Locker Room Maintenance Department for the Utah Jazz for a number of years and am basically liquidating my collection except for a few personal items due to space and cost of storing it. I back up all my auctions with a double your points back if you ever get a third party certification that says it's fake.

All items are signed in either black and blue ball point pen, black, blue, silver, and gold sharpies.
