I ship within 3 to 5 business days after receiving winners verified address. Always ship with a tracking number for both buyer and sellers protection. This way both parties are aware of delivery time and date. I pay for shipping costs unless stated otherwise. For these reasons I do not offer a refund. Mostly due to the fact I pay shipping costs a and that can be anywhere from $2.00 to $20.00 depending on what's being shipped. I will always give a refund if the item does not arrive but again that's where the tracking number comes in handy.
