This is a complete copy as both discs, the case, the map, the booklet and outer sleeve are all included. Everything is in perfect working order, good condition (no scrapes/scuffs/scratches). Starting price for this will be fair based on the cost of this extensive and most excellent game including additional downloadable content. I saw a basic version of Skyrim go for over 30,000 on Listia without the 3 DLC's.
