of Edensor Works, Mew Street, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. Telephone: Longton 3482. Cables: "Shore Coggins, Longton, England"
1887-1905 As J Shore and Co.
1905-1910 A new partnership was formed with Shore, Coggins and Holt. This partnership survived 5 years, until 1910, when Shore and Coggins Limited was formed.
Shore and Coggins also traded under the Bell China name.
1918 Thomas C. Wild and Sons acquired Shore and Coggins Ltd (and Edensor Works)
1929 Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. Manufacturers of Superior English Bell China, Decorated Tea and Breakfast Stock Lines for Home and Export. (Stand No. F.14)
Late 1940s started to produce Queen Anne china which continued until the close of the works. Princes Anne china was also made from c.1959 onwards
1964 Became a subsidiary of Allied English Potteries on its formation[1].
1966 The works closed."
