It has 3/4 sleeves that are slit 3 inches to flatter the arms. They are cut on the diagonal, also flattering..
They measure 17 1/2 inches from shoulder to sleeve hem.
The V neckline is cut full to allow the fabric to billow just slightly with the additional benefit of breathing room.
