Phones front and back screens are cracked but phone works perfectly . Has clean esn. Was used with Virgin Mobile previously. Charger not included.

The phone is carrier unlocked then? To be used with other carriers you would have to contact the original carrier and request it be unlocked, otherwise it can only be used with the original carrier.

I didn't have to do any of that when I got a sprint one on here for my service which isn't sprint. Never said it was carrier unlocked.... Never had to unlock any I have gotten for my service. Account on phone was closed out and paid in full so I don't see why you can't activate it as long as your service has a bring your phone plan.
