This is a denim diaper with elastic in the waist so it can adjust from approximately 11.5" to just over 15". It is a size Small! Great for any female you are having problems with urinating in the house or if they aren't spayed you have to deal with them in heat! This makes that much less of an ordeal. You have a barrier to protect against any unwanted puppies while keeping things neat and clean. You just put a maxi pad inside and slide it down over the hole for the tail and Velcro it in place around the waist! These are very expensive in the store. This was used one time with a guest who had a dog that was not potty trained. Retail they are upwards of $40 a piece. This one is strong and sturdy and will last you! Machine washable and you just change the pad when soiled.
