Hello this is probably a dumb question but is this the newest model? I know it says 1st gen but I have no idea how many gens there are lol. I really need either a good 2 in 1 laptop or equivalent tablet because my internet service has to run through my phone service and a traditional computer laptop would be very expensive to run that way ( wish I could get a decent internet service where I live lol) any ways I've been hoping someone would list something like a surface pro 3 or Asus t300la on here because I would gladly spend over a million credits on such a device but I think im going to have to go iPad as my best option through listia but want to make sure the one I get is the newest model. Hello Steven hun it's not stupid at all you have legitimate questions. This is the 1st generation iPad mini. The first one to hit the shelves they have newer models so this isn't the newest model these have a few differences mainly in the hardware like the fingerprint sensor the new ones come with and things like that. As far as your internet you will need reliable wifi to run this no Ethernet cable will do. There is currently the newest model listed on the site in Gold I believe it still have several days on it for you to bid on if this one isn't new enough.
