Up for auction I have a nice dress from JCPenney, I bought and wore maybe a handful of times. It's in a 22W, but could fit a smaller 24. The color is really hard to tell, I think it's a very dark navy blue, almost black. It has beautiful pleats, seams and darts, it's very flattering. It has a waistband with a sash that ties in the back, pleating on the bust, square collar, wide straps. It's roughly 45 inches long, bust roughly 48 inches. It's 95% polyester, 5% spandex, doesn't cling, from a smoke free home, but I do have a cat.
