These are all new, never worn. There is a total of 15. Two orange, seven white, and six yellow. These are big hits with the kids. I'm not sure how many needs a battery but I know you can get the multi packs at Walmart fairly cheap. Thanks for looking and have a great day. Julie

Yes, I had a little more than one hundred of them and gave them out at Halloween. I was the Halloween queen believe me! I'm not a big fan of giving out candy.
