hi there, it is 19 inches wide at the widest point at the bottom and it is 17 inches tall, it is open at the top, no closure. There is an inside pocket with a zipper that i forgot to mention also. hope this helps. thanks for looking, and have a great day. = )

I dont think it was a GWP, only reason i think that is because it has a 70.00 price tag attached still. I think GWP's have a tag but say 0.00. Hope this helps = )
