but this is still a free site and alot of people are acting like they are purchasing these rings for money? lol come on people it is a pretty ring even if it wasnt actually 10kt, she is giving away a free ring thats gorgeous and your to caught up in if its real gold or not? who cares because you are getting it for free because she is giving it to you, end of story, if you want to go out and get the best jewelry then you certainly wouldnt be on Listia(a free giving site) you would go to a regular jeweler, I dont understand why people are so worked up about what the hallmarks are or what they gold grade is if it s a free ring, big deal the only reason to be so addament about that is because you either, a. want to give it away as a gift and look good for giving away a real gold ring lol or b. you want to re sell the item for a profit or c. your really into yourself and think people need to give you only the real stuff because your to good for fakes. ITS A FREE RING ON A FREE SITE>>>>>dont matter what it is as long as its pretty! I bid when I see a beautiful ring no matter what the material is because I understand this is a free site and that alot of people are going to hold onto their real gold because of the gold prices reaching over 2,000 an ounce (that is pure gold prices as in 24kt ) but still the lower values are up in price also so if you just want to buy gold to scrap out for the money go buy alot of it on Ebay, they have tons from China for free shipping too. great ring, Ill be bidding just on looks not what its made of, also why would you waste your gas to drive to a jeweler just to tell someone about the purity in your ring your giving away for free? makes no sense at all, let them do the driving, I know I dont have that kind of money to waste on gas....

I meant no harm was just asking a ?. Ya stated above that your eyes were bad, so I gave a suggestion for ya to take N have it looked at be a local jeweler. Just cause it is in a friedmans box doesn't mean it came from them. All we can do is take your word cause we can not see it in real time. Some folks will try to pull the wool over our eyes, so we are very leery (or I am) of what peeps say. Some out there will say what ever just to get them credits, then when we get item we are so disappointed cause we were lied to. So please dont get mad cause I asked! If I don't ask them I would be a very stupid person. I try not to let that show.... LOL TY for your answers.

I understand that, from now on I will state that is 10 kt gold and the hallmark is tiny,
I have bought my jewlery from stores, that have been around for years and years.
I know there are people out there that take people for a ride to get what they want,
I've been burned too. I could not do that to anyone and its like a slap in the face when I get asked the same thing over and over again. My eyes are bad and I'm unemployed and I don't have the luxury of getting glasses at this time.
Thats why I'm here trading.
I won't accuse anyone of being dishonest. Why would I make a trip to a local jewlers when I bought the ring there if you don't want to bid thats fine and we will leave it at that.
