Hii chrisberkkressley, Again I'm 5'5" tall and I weight 132 definitely small framed, so if you fit anywhere into this category with me then I'm going to do a guesstimate and say it will. I tried on the dress to see how it fits and was pleased with the small in size for myself and although I'm a 34C in the bust I still had additional room in the cups. Here's hoping I've helped everyone

Hi Lexie1486, Apologies for the delay in the response. I'm 5'5" and the length of the dress comes right on the top of my foot. As far as the Bust I'm a 34C so I'd like to THINK it would fit just by l@@king @ the cups. I'll take a pic or two and then you can decide.

Is this 100 percent cotton? If not what does it show in the tag? (shrinkage)

The tag as shown in the picture above says 95% polyester and 5% spandex and yes there is padding. Also, states on the other side, machine wash cold water, no bleach and tumble low...
