Most definitely, the more you can verify the better! I mean, if you're going to stick with free shipping all the time (which I do, and it's well made up for by the extra credits I get!), then I suppose a paypal account wouldn't matter, but if you have an account it definitely won't hurt anything. Plus, you never know when you'll see something great on here that has a shipping charge, in which case better to be prepared! If you have any questions feel free to ask me, I'm on here a lot and am happy to help new folks out, and I'm pretty good at shipping cheaply too if you ever have questions like that.
