The listing, Glowing Australian opal gemstone has ended.

This is an opal I've been saving. I removed it from a 14k gold pendant and had plans to remount it in another piece but haven't and figured someone else may love to have it. It has tons of fire and an alluring green and pink glow to it. I had a hard time capturing its beauty but hopefully you can see some of its colors. This is a cab cut oval stone measures 7mm x 5mm would make a great solitaire in a setting. I have another little lot I'll be listing with gorgeous fire to them as well if you are in to opals. so feel free to have a look at my other listings :) free shipping in the US. do you know the karrot weight?

No I don't know the carat weight on this... It's really hard to get a carat weight on opals because they're not very dense like say diamonds or sapphires. Opals are very fragile at only a 5.5 to 6.5 on the MOHs scale. That's why I put the measurements in the description. I'm sorry I couldn't really answer your question that's the best I've got though. I'm getting ready to list a small lot of high fire opals in a sec if you wanna take a look it should be up in about 10 minutes :) thank you for your question and looking :)

Much smaller but just as brilliant and packed with fire. The others are up now if you'd like to see them
