This auction is for 3 iPhone 5 cases. They are all used and show slight wear, please look at the pictures so you know what you're bidding on.

As always all listia rules apply. I don't believe in accidental bidding or buyers remorse. Make sure this is the item you would like before bidding. I do try to ship the next morning after bidding ends, however occasionally real life happens and I have 7 day

Because I follow all listia policies and can't shipped to unverified address sent through messages. When you win an auction there is a spot right at the top of the auction page to choose to have it shipped and add your listia verified address to the auction. All winners have 7 days to do this before a seller can relist the auction. On day 7 I was gonna send a message to see if the winner was still interested before relisting (some times life events happen) but their profile was either delete by the user or listia. Hope this answers your question.

Please by all means if you feel that the site has errored submit a ticket with the listia support team, they are great about refunding credits if the error is on them. Not sure if it will do any good seeing as to dispute the auction you'd need to use the account that won the auction, which that account has been deleted. I'm more than happy to send screen shot from my end of the auction showing that there is no verified address attached to it. Good luck, sorry you and your sister feel wronged in the deal but listia rules are there to protect both parties.
