This is an ORIGINAL ATC, or Artist Trading Card, also known as an ACEO, which stands for Artists Cards Editions & Originals. The term ACEO is usually used when cards are sold, whereas ATC would apply when they are being traded. Not sure where Listia falls, so I am just giving you both names.:-)

The only real requirement is the size. They have to be the same size as a baseball card, which is 2-1/2" x 3-1/2". So you can use all the baseball, or collector card pages and other supplies, you probably already have, to display your cards. I Mod Podge mine to the fridge. Not sure what I'll do if the refrigerator quits......(BTW the 3rd picture shows part of my fridge. I've finished the freezer door, which is what you see, and now I'm working on the sides

This card is a one of a kind, original I created on the 1st of this month. It is not a copy, and there never will be any copies of it. You get the one and only.

. I drew the flowers on textured paper, colored them with markers, attached it to a piece of chipboard, for strength, and covered it with a protective glaze (which also happens to be SPARKLY) signed and dated the back.

I will always draw, but nothing I do well EVER look the same.

These are the ORIGINALS, they are not copies, and I did not scan them to make copies. The photos in this listing are not good enough to make copies from. SOOO... You will have an original piece of my art, signed and dated, that will NEVER be reproduced. If I ever get famous, you might get rich...LOL

I hope you enjoy this little piece of my soul, which at really is. I find it relaxing, meditative, and refreshing. Each ATC takes between one and two hours, which is sometimes like therapy for me. My housemate have been known to sit me down at my table and tell Me to draw or write. This all started from watching my momma doodling on envelopes and things when I was small.

Everyone has talent,just start doodling, that's what I started at. Basically what I still do. Do it every day. NO art is ever a mistake, it's always learning. Many of us have been damaged by art teachers who said if you couldn't draw something that looked realistic, or in their style, you couldn't draw. EVERYONE can draw. Just start making marks on paper. Watch some of the beginning mixed media or any other non structured art videos on you tube. Search you tube for videos on monoprinting, and gelli printing. I think you will find your way to your own style.

BTW The last picture is the front of my freezer door. Haven't gotten much onto the refrigerator door yet. I've got a few ATCs on the sides of the fridge, not sure why I've neglected the front of the fridge door. I'll have to fix that.
