Description

The listing, Cleansing Oil for Anti-Aging, Moisture/Serum has ended.

This is for ONE FOUR-OUNCE AMBER BOTTLE OF OIL CLEANSER "ONE"

Oil Cleansing Method:

1) Pour about a spoonful's-worth into palm and massage oil onto a dry, unwashed face for *at least* two minutes, focusing your fingertips' pressure on areas of congestion (clogged pores,) or dry patches. Finish your massage with a *gentle* closed eye press-and-rub on your eye-makeup, if any.

2) Using the roughest washcloth you have and wet it with hot water, wring thoroughly, and lay over face. Allow steam to open up pores while you breathe deeply, and wipe face clean. Repeat several times, then rub/exfoliate the oil off with the last.

If you like, you can reapply a few drops more after cleansing, working it in to face, earlobes, neck, and decolleté.

3) Use once a day, before bedtime is best. Can be worn as your night treatment, ideally after an inexpensive (I'll tell you how) DIY vitamin-C serum to start. In the morning, simply splash your face with water, or use a fresh washcloth and do a light once-over for a freshly-exfoliated feeling. You may add a bit of your oil if your skin is asking for it, or do another application of DIY C-serum. If you are sparing with the oil, it won't affect most makeup application processes. (Give it a gentle pressing with a folded, soft cloth if you're left with excess.)

My formula for dry/mature/aging or flaky skin contains a motherlode of the best skin-supportive, nourishing, "anti-aging," (let's just say "aging with grace," despite what we throw at ourselves) ingredients:

Avocado oil, sweet almond oil, argan oil, rosehip seed oil, jojoba oil, grape seed oil, apricot kernel oil, macadamia nut oil, sunflower oil, tamanu seed oil, pure vitamin E oil, and essential oils of lavender, geranium, sage, sandalwood, frankincense, Roman chamomile, German chamomile, rosa damascena (rose absolute,) and clary sage.

Not except the pure vitamin E oil. Most oils like this have a shelf life of three- to six months, but the addition of the essential oils contributes to its longevity, because most essential oils contribute their own natural antimicrobials. I've never had one "turn" on me, but for your edification, these were made fresh in March, with oils opened in early- to mid-February. Anyone who may take longer than a few months to use a four-ounce bottle (which would be longer than the quantity would dictate, I'd say,) could refrigerate it. Soooo nice to avoid preservatives!
