The phone is now stuck in a "boot loop" it was working before. i'm so very sorry for the problem. as soon as the listing is done i will refund the credits. it was working when i listed it and now it's bricked. i'm sorry! thx for understanding.

It works just fine according to my daughter who it belonged to. She had no problems with it at all with her virgin mobile account.
