Yes, this does go into working with what we have inherited from our parents, grandparents ect...and we inherit a lot from them LOL..in these times we live in...it's not easy to stay balanced, stress and the economy ect. they take a huge toll on our body.we are all hooked into the "collective consciousness" and right now...it's not healthy..we should all work on our own "stuff' daily...or at least when it's convenient.Blessed be to all...may we all heal.

Oh, I have gotten some of the most wonderful information from this book.
