New never worn, can't get it to run ( ? ). Still has plastic film on both sides. Received it new like this. No one in my area works on these kind of watches.

The age is new ,the brand is Shenheua # 9261 never worn, just can't get it to run. I'm trying to post more pictures, just having problems with my phone.
