Copyright 1993 The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc. Published by te Neues Publishing Company. It was given to me by a friend, a few years back. I never used it to write in. Pages are clean, excellent. The hardcover-(both front & back) have some minor "marks" or light scratches, barely noticeable, just from being moved around. Great Shape, prob. very collectible.
