The listing, HUGE 48.3 gram SILVER? Saint Pendant has ended.

WOW!!! This vintage 48.3 gram Saint Pendant is STUNNING! I am sorry, I don't know which Saint this is either. I bought it at an antique store auction unlabeled and have had it forever. It measures 2-1/2" X 1-1/2". I don't know if it is solid silver or some other metal. It has no marking on it. I don't know of a place to bring it for testing close by me as I live in a very rural setting in WI. Take a chance, you may have an investment here.

Hi there--
if he is holding a cup of fire in his left hand it is probably
st. francis of xavier (not to be confused with st. francis of assisi).

my book of saints says he's patron saint of foreign missions.

the metal could be pewter.....alot of catholic medals are made of this....

Thanks for the info. He is holding a bust of Jesus in his hand. I believe this may be pewter as it is heavy. Thanks again!

That definately is St. Jude Thaddeus, Patron Saint of Hopeless Cases. Do a web search on St. Jude Medals and you will find lots of similar looking ones.

Yes, this is real. If you are asking if it is 't know as it has no marks indicating that. It may be pewter.
