For your consideration is one necklace with a genuine natural Abalone or Mother of Pearl shell pendant. The circular pendant is large, roughly 2.25" x 2.25"

Refer to the photos for details though the photos do not do the Abalone surface justice. Photos were taken in natural light but still not quite enough to show it's true colors. I will try to update with more if possible.

ABOUT::: The inner nacreous layer of a mollusk shell which has an iridescent play of color is called mother of pearl. One of the earliest used materials for adornment, pearl shell also has been used as an inlay material for jewelry, as well as for weapon handles. Occurring around the Philippines, it is ecologically harvested from self-replenishing beds.
