These leggings are stretch and plus size (fit 12-16 women's). I purchased a 6 pack and I have 1 left that are unopened and ready for a new home. I love them! They are stretchy and made of a good material blend that feels like good quality and will hold up after washing many times.

They are stretch leggings...so waist measurement is kinda irrelevant. I can tell you they will fit up to a size 16 comfortably. :-)

Thanks. The reason I'm asking is that I have 55" hips and alot of "junk in my trunk" lol, so it is hard for me to find lothes that fit properly.
