If using the GIN Would you be willing to substitute a different ( non-toxic) seed for the foxglove? Something like lemon balm or other medical herb/flower.

Yes, How about Blue Vervain, Evening Primrose, Mullein or Skullcap. Not lemon balm and some others, however because I only have a limited supply of them.
