Up for bid is a brand new, never used bottle of Julep Color Treat nail polish in a neutral shade called Shari, from the Classic With a Twist collection. I'm just not a fan of "bland" polishes as I call them and received this in my first welcome box so I'm passing it on for another nail polish addict to enjoy!
