Vintage turquoise and Silvertone base metal dress or sweater clips - never worn and amazing condition - you will love wearing this set or it would make a great gift for your mom for Mother's Day. There's no visible wear and the metal has no visible marks so I do not know the make or brand. Sweater clips generally are from the 30s-60s so based on style I would put an educated guess at late 1960s.
