Shipped insured and tracked in medium flat rate postal box ($12.99 usps.com) or better (fedex etc) I am sorry for ship charge but I have no choice but to ship insured and tracked do to the fact several items got "lost" in the mail then I lose item shipping etc so listia suggests tracking numbers etc so I will not ship w out. Please do not bid if you do not agree with shipping fee I put post office web site so you can Infact verify the cost for a medium flat rate box or better shipping. I don't set the cost the post office does and flat rate is actually cheaper then ground due to size and weight of item.
