Are these non slip?
Do they run true to size? (Did you have to buy a different size than normal?)

Yes they are non slip! That's what the XP stands for. And I actually wear a 9, but the guy gave me the wrong size, and I just thought they were supposed to fit big. I just found out recently that they're not supposed to, and that I've actually been wearing a 10 this whole time. So now I'm trying to sell them!
