Rare Set. The game is fairly easy to find but the Strategy Guide is harder to find. Guaranteed you won't find a set in better condition. Any gamer's out there know what I'm trying to get across, thus with me paying shipping and near mint condition bidding will start at 50,000. Serious bidders only :)

Honestly wouldn't know what to GIN it for, and I like watching the bidding and really don't feel like taking a GIN transaction fee loss in points. I like to see where the dominoes will fall. Truly appreciated however.

How does one come across a mint copy of mario sunshine, let alone a mint copy AND a strategy guide! Is the game still in the plastic? Good luck!

No game is not still in plastic. Adult owned should explain it. I played it a total of maybe an hour. I didn't own the strategy guide upon original purchase of the game. Purchased it at a later date intending to get back to playing one day and I never did. Syrategy guide has been opened looked at the pictures and sat on my shelf since. Hope this answers any of your questions and thank you :)
