This is in excellent used condition. Long waisted short sleeved 100% cotton top with ruffle bottom. Size M. Really Cute...happy bidding =)

Yes it has a bit of stretch ;) ...it is 100% cotton--so not super stretching..Thanks for looking :O)

When I tried it on (I currently wear a size L and am 5'8") and it just fit (a bit too snug actually) and it was relatively long just passed my waistline. So if you're are 5'3" it would probably fit more like a mini dress I suppose 9my best guess). ;) Hope this is helpful.
