The winner of this auction will receive the 1937 British Sixpence shown the attached photo. This Pre-WWII coin is 50% silver in content and is in very nice condition.

It is getting harder and harder to find a SILVER sixpence. This tradition dates back to the 19th Century. Wiki has an interesting take on what the something old should be, but I will let you research that yourself if you are interested. Best of Luck with your auction
